ABOUT ME

I received my Bachelors of Science in Counseling as an undergraduate and went on to receive my Masters of Science in Counseling and Clinical Mental Health. I have 25 years of experience, two of which were in the clinical setting. I have helped individuals come into a place of spiritual, mental, and physical rest through my approach to counseling that encompasses the whole person; mind, body, and spirit.

I truly aim to walk alongside those who enter my care, taking an approach to counseling that is collaborative in nature. I am skilled at helping individuals locate the root issues of the challenges they are facing in life so they can properly create a specialized solution to move forward in a new direction.

I am trauma-informed and aim to ensure the spiritual, mental, and physical safety of those I support as they cultivate trust in their therapeutic relationship.
